within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Laundered, custom alterations, special
sizes, embroidered garments, stethoscopes or gift certificates are not returnable.
All items must be in their original condition with tags. Unfortunately, shipping/handling
charges are not refundable.

Stethoscopes are not returnable for exchange or refund. Defective stethoscopes may
only be returned to manufacture for replacement or repair.
